to wit John Hurst< no role > aged about 63 years
upon his Oath saith that upwards of 30
years ago he Intermarried with Mary< no role > his
present Wife at the Parish Church of Saint
Anne's John That he this Deponent Rented of
a Mr. Brett in the Strand in the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middx
for Six years and upwards Two Unfurnished
Rooms for which he paid the Weekly Rent of
Five Shillings that he hath quitted said [..]
Apartments about Nineteen years since which
time he hath not Rented any house Tenement
or Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done any
Act matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent settlement
