Mary Carter< no role > aged about 60 years upon her
Oath saith that on or about the 15th. day of October
1776 she Intermarried with John Carter< no role > her late
Husband at the Parish Church of Saint Mary Le
Bone by whom she hath no Child or Children living
That she this Deponent hath been informed which
Information she verily believes to be true that her
said late Husband died at Jamaica in or about
the Month of February 1784 That since her said
late Husbands Death she this Deponent [..]
lived as a hired yearly Servant with one Mr.
Price a Coal merchant in Northumberland Street
Buildings in the Parish of Saint Martin in the
fields in the Liberty of Westminster for Eighteen
Months or thereabouts at the yearly Wages of
Seven Pounds that she hath quitted said service
about Thirteen years since which time she
hath not lived as a hired yearly servant for
Twelve Months Rented any house Tenement
Lodging of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes [..]
or done any Act Matter or thing whereby she
might have gained a subsequent Settlement
