to wit William Benham< no role > aged about
41 years upon his Oath saith that about 21
years ago he Intermarried with Ann< no role > his
present wife at the parish Church of Saint
Pauls Shadwell by whom he hath one Child
living Vizt. Robert< no role > aged about four years
That previous to his Intermarriage and whilst
he was a Singleman he lived as a hired
yearly Servant with a Mr. Roberts at the
White Horse Inn in Fetter Lane in the parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn below the Bars
in the City of London for Twelve Months
and upwards at the yearly wages of Twenty
Pounds That he hath quitted said Service
upwards of Twenty years since which time
he hath not lived as a hired yearly Servant
for Twelve Months Rented any house Tenement
or Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes
or done any Act Matter or thing whereby he
might have gained a subsequent Settlement
