of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes on
behalf of Elizabeth Sleeman< no role > who is ill maketh
Oath and Saith that he has been informed
which Information he verily believes to be true
That she the said Elizabeth Sleeman< no role > never
was married, Rented any house, Tenement
or Lodging of Ten Pounds a year, paid Taxes
lived as a hired yearly servant for Twelve
Months, or ever bound an Apprentice, but that
she was born at Holsworthy in the Parish of
Holsworthy in the County of Devon where her
father Daniel Sleeman< no role > now keeps a house
[..] and has done for several years last
past
