Saint Clement Danes

to wit Ann Cook< no role > aged about 59
years upon her Oath saith that about
Forty years ago she Intermarried with
Clement Cook her late Husband who has
been dead about Thirty years at the parish
Church of Saint Brides alias Bridget That
her said late Husband Rented and lived in
a house in Holles Street in the parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westminster for Ten years and upwards
at the yearly Rent of Twenty pounds and
upwards and that after he quitted said
house he never Rented any house Tenement
or Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes
or done any Act Matter or thing whereby
he might have gained a subsequent
Settlement
