to wit Sarah Chapling< no role > aged about 34 years
upon her Oath saith that on or about the 23rd.
day of July 1777 she Intermarried with John
Chaplin
< no role > her late Husband who has been dead
about Fifteen Months at the Parish Church of Saint
Mary le bone by whom she hath One Child living
Vizt. Mary Ann< no role > aged about Six years That her
said late Husband before his Intermarriage
with this Examinant and whilst he was a
Singleman he lived as a hired yearly Servant
with Mr. Cave in Mount Street Grosvenor Square
in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the
Liberty of Westminster for Twelve Months and
upwards but what wages he had she this Deponts.
doth not know and after he quitted said Service
he never lived as a hired yearly Servant for
Twelve Months Rented any house Tenement or
Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done
any Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement
