(to wit) Eleanor Larkin< no role > aged about 45 years
Upon Oath saith that she was married to
Francis Larkin< no role > at the parish Church of St
Giles in the fields about Nineteen years ago (by
Bann) that he died (as she is informed and believes) in
his Majesty's Navy Service about seventeen years ago
that she is informed and verily believes her said
Husband was the legitimate son of Michael Larkin< no role >
and Margaret< no role > his Wife (both deceased) that the said
Michael Larkin< no role > was legally settled in the parish
of St Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex
by renting a House in the Coal Yard in that parish for several years
at and after he quitted the sam
and never having obtained any subsequent legal
settlement that her said Husband never [..]
did any Act Matter or thing whereby to obtain any
legal Settlement in his own right And this Deponent saith that since she
heard of his Death she hath never been Married or
otherwise obtained any legal Settlement in her own
right and house not of any settlement she is untitled
unto but in the said parish of St Giles in the fields in
right of her said Husband as aforesaid
