to wit Mary Jones< no role > aged about 32 years
upon her Oath saith that she Intermarried
with Wm. Jones< no role > her present Husband who
is now ill in St. Bartholomews Hospital at the parish
Church of Saint Martin in the fields about Six years
ago by whom she hath Three Children living vizt.
John< no role > aged about Five years Mary< no role > aged about Three
years and William< no role > aged about Ten weeks That
her said Husband Rented and lived in a house
in Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint Giles in the
fields in the County of Middlesex for about Three years
at the yearly Rent of Fifty pounds That he hath quitted
said house about Two years since which time he
hath not rented any house Tenement or Lodging of
Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any Act
Matter or thing whereby he might have gained a
subsequent Settlement
