(to wit) Martha Higginson< no role > Aged 47 years or
thereabouts Wife of Richard Higginson< no role > for and on
behalf of herself and also of him the said Richard Higginson< no role > who is
now Insane Upon her Oath saith that the said
Richard Higginson< no role > was Married to her this
Deponent at the Parish Church of Saint Ann 's
Westminster about eight years ago that afterwards
he rented and with this Examinant resided in a
House in Bloomsbury Court Holborn in the Parish
of St George Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex
for about two years at the annual Rent of £30
that they quitted the same about five years ago and
he hath not since done any Act Matter or thing
whereby to obtain any subsequent legal Settlement
to the best of her knowledge information or
belief
