(to wit) Thomas Cunneh< no role > aged about 31 years
Upon Oath saith that he was Married to Margt.
Cunneh
< no role > formerly Margaret Lloyd< no role > Spinster at the
Parish Church of St. Oswald in the City of Chester
on or about the 16th day of July 1764 (by Banns) that
he Rented and Resided in [..] an Apartment
consisting of two Rooms on the Ground floor in the
House of Wm Lumley< no role > No 1 Legg [..] Alley Long
Acre in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in
the Liberty of Westminster in the said County
for six Months or upwards at the Monthly Rent
of £1 (being at the Rate of £12 a year) that he
quitted the same in or about the Month of October 1792
and hath not since done any Act Matter or thing
whatsoever whereby to obtain any subsequent legal
settlement to the best of his knowledge or belief
that he this Deponent left his Wife several years
ago and that he now resides at No. 14 Charles Court
in the said Parish of St Martin where he hath dwelt
for upwards of three Months last past
