(to wit) Ann Crossby< no role > Singlewoman aged
about twenty three years Upon Oath
saith that she never was Married thatShe hShe
hath not lived as an hired yearly Servant for a year
together or done any Act Matter or thing whatsoever
whereby to obtain any legal Settlement in her
own Right that she is informed and verily believes she
is the legitimate Daughter of Anthony< no role > and Sarah
Crossby
< no role > both deceased that her said Father lived
ananhired yearly [..] Servant in the capacity of
Housekeeper at the Hackney Coach Office and for
about the last six years of such his Service he lodged
where the Office was kept in Queen Street Lincolns
Inn fInn Fields in the parish of St Giles in the
Fields in thesaid County of Middlesex & that he died
there having survived his Wife (this Deponent's Mother)
and not obtained Any Subsequent legal Settlement to
the best of her (this Deponent's) knowledge information
or belief
