Elizabeth< no role > his late Wife at the parish Church of
Saint Ann Westminster about23 y24 years ago
(by Banns) that she died on or about the 21st. August
1791 that he this Examinant Rented and resided
in an Apartment at the House Numbered 4 in
Brewer Street in the parish of St James in the
Liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex
for about five Years at the annual Rent of fourteen
pounds & fourteen Shillings that he quitted the
same about Twelve years ago and hath not Since done
any Act Matter or thing whereby to obtain any
subsequent legal Settlement to the best of this
Examinant's knowledge information or belief
