thereabouts Wife of William Wedge< no role > now
in his Majesty's Service on the Continent Upon Oath
saith that she was Married to the said William
Wedge at the parish Church of St Margaret
Westminster onon or about the fifth day of Septr. 1788
that she hath one Child by her said Husband born in
Wedlock namely John Charles< no role > aged five years &
upwards
thatwhich is now living with her that She hath been
informed and verily believes her said Husband was
born in the parish of Whitchurch in the County of
Hants in lawful WedlockAnd this Examinant
saith that her said Husband never did any Act
Matter or thing whatsoever whereby to obtain
any legal settlement on his own Right to the best
of this Examinant's knowledge information or belief
and she knows not of any settlement entitled to
best by her said Husband's Birth as aforesaid
