Upon Oath saith that she was Married to her
late Husband JohnWestburnCarne< no role > at Bengal in this
East Indies according to the Rights and
Ceremonies of the Church of Rome that her said
Husband died there havingobtainnever been in
this Kingdom that she this Examinant while
a Widow unmarried & having no Child or Children
lived as an hired Yearly Servant with Mrs Parr
in Beaufort Buildings in the parish ofSt Clemt
St Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
thfor about 2 years at the Annual Wages of
Ten Guineas that she left that Serviceabout
four years ago & upwards and hath not Since done any
Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby to obtain
any subsequent legal Settlement
