(to wit) Ann Noyes< no role > aged 38 years & upwds..
Widow Upon Oath saith that she was Married
at the parish Church of St Leonard
Shoreditch on or about the fourteenth day of February
1794 (by Banns) to James Noyes< no role > , that she is informed
and believes that her said Husband lived as an
hired yearly Servant with Mr Burnet late of the
Fountain Wych Street for eighteen Months [..] or
thereabouts but at what Wages this Examinant knows
not that [..] he quitted that service about eleven or
twelve years ago.

and not acquired any subsequent legal
that shesettlement to the best of this Examinant's
knowledge Information or belief that she hath two
Children by her said Husband now living with her this
Deponent namely James< no role > born on or about the 30th day of
April 1790 and Frederick< no role > born on or about the 2d day
of May 1792 And this Examinant upon her Oath
further saith that she hath another Child now also living
with her named Susanna Noyes< no role > born in or about the
Month of March 1781byher Daughter by Samuel Noyes< no role > a former
Husband to whom this Examinant was Married at
