to wit ' Mary Hughes< no role > aged 49 years or
thereabouts Upon Oath saith that she was
Married toher George Hughes< no role > at the parish
Church of Saint Martin Ludgate London about
twelve years ago thatSheSubsequent thereto her
said Husband Rented a House in Swan Yard
in the parish of St. Mary Whitechapel in the
County of Middlesex And Resided therein forab
three Months and upwardsatthat she hath
been informed and believes that the Rent thereof
was £10 a year that [..] he quitted that
House about 5 years ago and hath not since
done any Act Matter or thing whatsoever
whereby to obtain any Subsequent legal Settlement
to the best of this Examinants knowledge
information or belief that he left her about
Nine Months ago and hath notobheard from him
since and knows not whether he is living or
Dead
