(to wit) Sarah Creed< no role > Singlewoman aged
19 years & upwards Upon Oath saith
that she never was Married that she was bound an
Apprentice to Mr William Rogers< no role > thenof Griffith's
Rents Bermondsey Street Taylor and Served her said
Master there for about four years, that he then
removed to a Butcher's in Bermondsey Street in the
parish of Saint Johnin theSouthwark in the County
of Surry that she served him and lodgedthenat
the Butcher's in Bermondsey Street aforesaid for about
a year and an half and that she then removed with
her said Master to Hand Court Bermondsey Street
in the said parish of Saint John and served him
there for about seven Weeks that he then died
that about a Month after she was taken into the
Workhouse of the said parish of Saint John and
was there provided for til she could procure a
situation for herself and hath not Since done any Act Matter
or thing whatsoever whereby to obtain any
subsequent legal settlement
