years or thereabouts Upon Oath saith
that She was Married to her late Husband Thos
Rudge
< no role > at the parishChurchChurch of Saint Mary
Newington in the County of Surry on or abt the
fourth day of December in or about the year of
our Lord 1767 by Banns that She hath been
informed and verilybelievesbelieves that her
said Husband was the legitimate Son of Thomas< no role >
and Ann Rudge< no role > bothlegnow deceased that
the said Thomas Rudge< no role > the father of this Examts.
said Husband Rented and Resided in an House
known by the sign of the Wheatsleaf at the
[..] corner of Clements Lane [..] on of Wych Street
in the parish of St Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex for a year or upwardsat bbut
this Examinant cannot recollect the certain yearly
Rent he paid for the Same And this Examinant
further saith that her saidas neverHusband's
father never acquiredsettlementany subsequent
legal Settlement after he quitted the said House
to the best of this Examinant's knowledge
information or beliefthat She hath been
informed and believes her said Husband never
obtained any legal Settlement inherhis own
