(to wit) Richard Dance< no role > aged sixtyyears
or thereabouts Upon Oath saith that he
was Married to his late Wife Sarah< no role > formerly Sarah
Blunt
< no role > Spinster (by Banns) at the parish Church of St
Bridget otherwise St Bride London about 35 years
ago that his said Wife died on or about the 29th day
of September 1789 without Issue & that he this
Examinant hath not Since been Married Saith that he
Rented and Resided in an House next Door to the
Coopers Anns in Cow Cross in the parish of St
Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex for about five
years at the Annual Rent of fifteen poundsthat&
paid the parish Rates for the same And that he hath not
since he quitted that House Rented any House or
Apartment £10 a year paid parish Taxes or
otherwise obtained any subsequent legal Settlement
to the best of this Examinant's knowledge
information or belief
