(to wit) Thomas [..] Oglivie< no role > Widower aged
Sixty years or thereabouts Upon Oath saith
that he intermarried with Sophia< no role > his late Wife at the
parish Church of St Andrew Holborn in or about [..] the year
1760 that since then [..] Rented and Resided in an
House in King Street Drury Lane in the parish of
St Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
about five years at the yearly Rent of £20 for the Service
two years and £18 a year during the Remainder of the
Term that his said Wife Died about fifteen years ago
that he quitted that House about fourteen years ago
and hath never since done any Act Matter or thing
whatsoever whereby to obtain any [..] subsequent
legal Settlement that he hath a Daughter by his said
[..] wife born in lawful Wedlock who provides for
herself [..] and that he this Examinant is poor Aged and
unable to maintain himself without Assistance
