(to wit) Sarah Burridge< no role > Widow of William
Burridge
< no role > deceased on behalf of William< no role > the
Son of the deceased Maketh Oath and saith that she
has been informed and Verily believes that her late
Husband was formerly Married to Sarah his first Wife
therebefore Sarah Griffiths< no role > Spinster at the parish
Church of Watchet in the County of Somerset that
the said Child now left with this Deponent was born of
the Body of the said Sarah his first Wife in or
about the year of 1781 in lawful Wedlock and
this Deponent further saith that the said Child
hath never been bound an Apprentice nor otherwise
obtained any legal settlement in his own right as she verily believes
And that the [..] said William Burridge< no role > the father
this Deponents late Husband Rented and Resided in
a House in Bear Yard abt three quarters of a
year at the Annual Rent of £22 within the
said parish of St. Clement Danes and Died there
about Midsummer last, And that he left her
this Deponent distressed and unable to maintain
the said Child
