Indentures of Apprenticeship duly executed) with
Mrs. Lucy Stephens< no role > in Great Portland Street
loading Pern John Street Oxford Road [..] within the parish of St
Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex that
she left herApprenticesaid Mistresses service
upwards of two years ago, [..] then went
abroad and hath not since obtained any other
legal Settlement to the best of his knowledge
or belief And that she is Ill Poor and unable to
provide for herself without assistance
