Road in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
in the County of Middlesex for five Years or thereabouts
at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds hath quitted
the same about Nine Years and hath not since he
quitted his said House he never Rented House paid
Taxes or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
