Elizabeth Swan< no role > aged about Thirty four Years
on her Oath Says she is the Widow of Richd. Swan< no role > who
has been Dead upwards of Two Years Says her said late
Husband Rented and lived in a House in Wych Street in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westmr at the Yearly Rent of Twenty five Pounds and lived therein upwards
of one Year and an half and then her said Husband died
Says that after her said Husbands Death she never Rented
House paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
And further upon her Voluntary Oath says that on
the Twenty fourth day of August last past she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child which was still born
in the House of Mrs. Poole the Parish Nurse in Clements Lane
in the sd. Parish of Saint Clement Danes Says that one
Robert Graves< no role > late a Prisoner in the Fleet Prison had
Carnal Knowledge of her Body sometime in the Month
of December 1768 and at several other subsequent times
afterwards at one of which times he got her with Child of
the Female Bastard Child of which she was delivered as
aforesaid And that the said Robert Graves< no role > and no other
Person did beget the same and that he is the real and true
Father thereof
