William Wapshot< no role > aged about 56 Years Upon
Oath says, he Rented a house at Turnham Green in
the Parish of Chiswick in the County of Middlesex
of the Yearly Rent of five Pounds and paid the Poor
Rate for the same; lived therein upwards of two
Years and quitted same about twenty Years ago
and hath not since Rented House paid Taxes or
lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
