Mary Toole< no role > aged about 38 Years upon Oath
says she is the Widow of Patrick Toole< no role > who has been
dead about Seventeen Months, says her said husband
was a Native of Ireland and never gained a Settlement
in England to her knowledge or belief, says before her
said Intermarriage she was bound an Apprentice
for five Years to Mrs. Ann Padget< no role > , Millener in King
Street Westminster in the Parish of St. Margaret in
the City of Westminster and served four Years and
upwards of her said Apprenticeship with the said
Mrs. Padget and then intermarried with her said
late husband. says she hath not since her said
husbands Death rented Ten Pounds a Year or paid
Taxes, and that on the 1st. day of June 1765 she this
Examinant was removed from the Parish of St.
Andrew Holborn above the bars in the County
of Middx to the aforesaid Parish of St. Margaret
against which Order there was no Appeal
