Upon Oath says she was never married and that she lived
a hired Yearly Servant with Mr. Swift a Coachharness
maker in Great Queen Street near Lincolns Inn fields
in the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex for One Year and a half at the Yearly Wages
of Three pounds for the first Quarter of a Year and three
pounds and ten Shillings for the remaining part of the
said time quitted said Service about two Years ago and
hath not since Rented house paid Taxes or lived a hired
Yearly Servant for one Year And further upon her
Voluntary Oath says that on the fourth day of December
1763. she was delivered of a female Bastard Child in
the House of Mrs. James in New Inn Passage in the parish
of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster with
-in the County of Middlesex which hath since been baptized
by the name of Elizabeth Mary and that Samuel Wyatt< no role > This name instance is in set 2071. a
Coachmaker who works at Mr. Harley's in High Holborn
did beget the said Child on her body of which she was
delivered as aforesaid he having had carnal knowledge
of her body in the Month of March 1763 and at several
other times afterwards and that no other person did beget
the same.
