that on the 24th. Day of September last she was delivered
of a Male Bastard Child at the House of Mrs. Richmond
in Witch Strt. in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes which
hath since been Baptized Jno. & is become Chargeable
to the sd. Parish & that one John Daniel< no role > did begett the
sd. Male Bastard Child on her Body he the sd. Jno. Daniel< no role >
having had Carnall knowledge of her Body the latter
End of December or beginning of Janry. last & at Sevll.
other times since at one of which times he gott her
with Child of the sd. Male Bastard Child [..] which she was
Delivered of as aforesd. & that he the sd John Daniel< no role >
& no other Person is the true & reall father thereof
