Indre dated the 4th. Day of Janry 1722 he was
bound an Apprentice to & Served Five Yrs. Apprentispp
with Mr. Wm. Carr< no role > in Cary Street in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx
Peruke maker & lived withthe Sd. Mr. Carr as
a Journeyman after he was out of his Sd. Apprentisp
for some Time that since he left the Sd. Mr. Carr
he hath not served any Parochial Office rented Ten
Pounds a Year [..] lived with any
Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space of one
Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in anyother
Place to his knowledge or beleife
