The Examination of Mary Mascall< no role > the Wife of Wm-
Mascall
< no role > taken the 24th- Day of June 1741 Who upon
her Oath saith that she intermarried with the sd. Wm-
Mascall
< no role > on the 4th- Day of Novr- 1738 at the Parish
Church of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx And
that her sd. Husband was by Indenture bearing Date the
19th- Day of May 1733 bound an Apprentice to Nichs-
Mascall
< no role > of the sd. Parish of St. Clemt. Danes Bricklayer
for the Space of 3 Years & a half & after he was out of his Time
he continued to live with the sd. Mr. Mascall as a Yearly hired
Servant for the Space of one Year & upwards but under what
Agreemt. she knows not and this Examinant further
on her Oath saith that her sd. Husband never rented any
House pd. Parish Taxes lived with any other Person as a Yearly
hired Servt. for the Space of one Yr- or otherwise gained a
Settlemt- in any other Place as her sd. Husband hath informed
her & which she beleives yt- he is now a Marine in Coll: Diwards
Regimt. in the West Indies & haveing one Child (to wit ) Jno< no role > .
aged one Year and upwards being & Poor is not able to maintaine it
