upon Oath Says that by Order under the hands and Seals of Ambrose
Godfrey
< no role > & Thomas Deveil< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex
bearing Date the 4th. Day of Decr. 1741 Mary Eakin Wife of John
Eakin (who was therein said to be gone from her) with their three
Children therein named were removed from the Parish of St. Clement
Danes to the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields as the Place of their
last legall Settlement as appears by the said Order of Removal
Says he has been informed and which information he verily believes to
be true that the above named Silvester Eakin< no role > and Sarah Eakin are
the Children of the said John Eakin< no role > & Mary his Wife.
