is the Widow of Matthew Spencer< no role > deceased and that since
his Death She Rented a Tenement called New Inn Coffee
House in the Parish of St. Element Danes at the yearly
Rent of Twenty pounds and lived therein upwards of
four Years and quitted the same about three Months and
hath not since rented Ten Pounds a year or paid Parish
Taxes
