Grace Ford< no role > aged 23 Years upon her Oath saith
she never was married and that she lived a
Yearly Servant with Lord Castlemain at Epping
Forest in Essex [..] at the yearly wages
of Five Pounds for the Space of one Year
that she quitted her sd. Service about 18 Months ago
and has not since rented ten pounds by the
Year paid parish taxes nor lived a yearly
Servant for one Year and this Examinant
further upon her voluntary Oath Saith that
she isthepregnant with Child or Children
which is likely to be born a bastard or bastards
& to become Chargeable to the Parish of
St Clement Danes where she now Lodges
she being poor and unable to maintain
the same when born and that Richard
Bates
< no role > a Drawer at the Union Coffee house
in the sd. Parish of St Clemt. Danes did beget
the said bastard Child or Children on her body
