was an apprentice or yearly Servant and
that he is the Son of John Culverwell< no role > by
Mary< no role > his Wife and that he has been
informed & verily believes his sd. father rented
and lived in a house in the Parish of St. James
in the City of Bath of the yearly Rent of £19
& received relief some time Since from the said
Parish for himself his Wife & this Examint.
they being at that time ill wth. a fever
