Rt Hayward< no role > aged 77 Years upon Oath Saith
he was married to his Wife Ann Hayward< no role > at Grantham
in Lincolnshire abt . 33 Yrs. ago.

That upwards of 50 Years (being than a Singleman )
he Covenanted (by Indenture in Writing) to live with
Mr John Shaw< no role > a Gunsmith for four Years certain
at the Wages of two Shillings by the week for the
first Year three Shillings by the week the second
& third Years & four Shillings by the week during
the last Year. besides Lodging & Dyet during
the whole term and that he lodged during the
sd. four Years in Mr Shaws House at the Horse
Guards in the parish of St [..] Margaret
in the Liberty of Westmr. That he has not
since he quitted the sd. Service rented about
of Ten Pounds by the Yr. paid parochial
Taxes nor lived a yearly Servt for one Year
