Ann Steward< no role > aged abt. 45 Years upon Oath saith
She is the wido. of John Steward< no role > who was a Native of
Ireland and never gained a Settlement in England to
her knowledge or belief
and that before her marriage with the sd. John Steward< no role > &
whilst a Singlewoman she lived a yearly Servt. wth. Mr.
Cornelius a Vintner at the Rose Tavern near Temple
bar in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the
County of Middx for three Years at the yearly wages of £6
and afterwards (being still a Singlewoman ) she
was hired for a Nurse at St Thomas's Hospital
in Southwark at the Yearly Wages of Sixteen
pounds and her lodging and Continued one year
under that Agreement during which time she
constantly lodged in the sd. hospital
