Years on her Oath says she never was married Rented House
or paid Taxes says she has lived a hired yearly Servant with
Mr. Richd. Prior< no role > a Butcher in Butcher Row in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westmr . upwards
of Three years at the yearly Wages of Six Pounds hath
quitted her said Service about a fortnight ago since which
time she hath gained no other Settlement And further
on her Voluntary Oath says she is Pregnant with Child
or Children Etc and further says that William Birks< no role > an
Apprentice to the said Mr. Prior is the Father thereof he
having had Carnal knowledge of her Body in her said
Masters House some time in the Month of December
last but the Particular Days she does not now remember
and at Sevl. different times afterwards at one of which
times he got her with Child of the Child or Children of which
she is now Pregnant and that the said William Birks< no role >
and no other Person did beget the same and that he is the
real & true father thereof.
