to Wit John Tomes< no role > Aged about 59 Years on his Oath says
he Intermarried to his late Wife Elizth. Tomes< no role > at the Parish of
Yeasar in the County of Hereford upwards of 30 Years ago &
by whom he never had any Children Says that being a
Widower & without Child or Children he lived as a hired
Yearly Servant in the Capacity of a Coachman with one
Mr. Fisher a Stock Broker near Vaux Turnpike in the
Parish of St. Mary at Lambeth in the County of Surry
Upwards of 18 Months at the Yearly Wages of 11 Guineas
besides a Livery Diett & Lodging hath quitted his sd. Service
about 13 Years ago since which time he hath gained no
other Subsequent Settlemt. Either by Renting House
Tenemt. or Lodging of £10 a Year paying Taxes or Living
a hired Yearly Servant for One year
