she is the Widow of Joseph Green< no role > who died about 7 Years ago and
by whom she Hath no Children Living Says Her said late
Husband before his Intermarrd. with this Examinant
and whilst He was a Singleman He lived a Hired Yearly
Servt. with One Mr. Beech at Eastbrough in the Parish
of Rickmansworth in the County of Herts upwards of
One year at the Yearly Wages of Eight Guineas and after
quitting his said Masters Service he never gained any
other Subsequent Settlemt neither hath this Examinant since her sd.
Husbands Death And further on her Voluntary Oath
says she is pregnant with Child or Children whch. is or
are likely to be born an Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes she
being poor & unable to maintain the same when Born
And further says that one Charles Wrenn< no role > a Coach
harness Maker who now lives in Wimpole Street St. Mary
Le Bone did beget such Bastard Child or Children on her
Body he having had Carnal Knowledge of her Body at his
the sd. Mr. Wrenns Hour [..] Mary Le Bone Lane on the
8th. Day of March last and at Sevl. difft. times afterwds. at
one of which times he got her with Child of the Child or
Children of which she is now pregnant and that the Sd.
Chas. Wrenn< no role > & no other Person did beget the same & that
he is the real & true Father thereof
