Jane Wright< no role > aged about 28 Years on her Oath says she never
was married Rented House or paid Taxes says she lived a hired
Yearly servant to James Wallace< no role > Esqr . in Lincolns Inn fields
in the Parish of St. Giles's in the fields in the County of Middlesex
upwards of five Years at the Yearly wages of Five Guineas hath
quitted her said service upwards of Twelve Months ago since
which time she never gained any other Settlement And further
on her Oath says that on the 14th. day of March 1781 she was delivered
of a Female Bastard Child in the House of Mr. Humphrys in
Bear Yard in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes which hath
since been baptized by the Name of Mary< no role > and is now Chargeable
to the said Parish & likely to Continue so and the one Thomas
Richbald
< no role > late a Butler to her said Master did beget such Bastard
Child on her Body and that the said Thos. Richbald< no role > & no other
person did beget the same & that he is the real & true father
thereof
