to wit Charles Halfpenny< no role > Aged about Forty five years on his Oath says he
Intermarried to Rebecca< no role > his late Wife at the Parish Church of Saint
Brides London about Seventeen years ago and by whom he had One
Child both of which died about Twelve years ago Says that afterwards
being a Singleman & without Child or Children he lived as a hired
yearly Servant with Mr. Chapman a Plumber in the Capacity of
a Clerk in Saint Martins Lane in the Parish of Saint Martins in
the Fields in the Liberty of Westminster for Two years and Upwards
at the yearly Wages of Forty Pounds hath quitted his said Service
about Seven years ago since which time he hath gained no other
Settlement either by Renting House or Tenement of Ten Pounds a
year paying Taxes or living a hired yearly Servant for One year
