Westmr-

to wit Elizth- Ryland< no role > aged about twenty three Years
on her Oath says she never was Married Rented house
paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
Says her Father Joseph Ryland< no role > Rented and lived in
a house in Holles Street Clare Markett in the parish of
St. Clement Danes for three Years at the Yearly Rent
of £22 hath quitted the said house about 16 Years ago
and after quitting the same he never Rented house
paid Taxes or gained any or- subseqt- Settlemt.
And further upon her Voluntary Oath says she is
pregnant with Child or Children which is or are likely
to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the said parish of St Clement Danes
she being poor and unable to maintain the same when
born Says that one Stephen Fish< no role > a Servant to the
Revd - Seymour Leake< no role > at Axley Hall near Stow
Markett Suffolk is the Father thereof he having had
carnal Knowledge of her Body sometime in the
Month of June but the particular day she does not
now remember at which time he got her with Child of
the Child or Children of which she is now pregnant
and that the said Stephen Fish< no role > and no other person
did beget the same & that he is the real & true father throf
