upwards of fifteen Months at the yearly Wages of four Pounds hath
Quitted her said service upwards of Three years ago, and hath not
since Quitting the same ever Rented House paid Taxes or lived as
hired yearly servant for one year (save living with her said Master
Eleven Months for which he paid her a years Wages) or done any Act
whereby to Gain any any other subsequent Settlement And further
on her Voluntary Oath says that on the 16th day of September instant
she was delivered of a female Bastard Child (which is intended to [..]
Christened Ann< no role > ) at the House of Mr Michael Cochran< no role > in Bennett
Court aforesaid which is likely to become Chargeable to the said
Parish of Saint Clement Danes she being poor and unable to
Maintain the same and that her said Master Patrick Purcell< no role > is
the father there of he having had Carnal Knowledge of her Body
in his own house sometime in Novr last but the particular day she
does not now remember and at several different times since at one
of which times he got her with Child of the said female Bastard
Child of which she was so delivered as aforesaid And that the
said Patrick Purcell< no role > and no other Person did beget the same and
that he is the real and true father thereof.
