Margt. Eglin< no role > Aged about Twenty Two Years on her
Oath Says she never was married was an Apprentice
or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year Says
her Father Anthony Eglin< no role > Rented and lived in a
House known by the Name or Sign of the Three Kings
and Red Lyon at North end in the Parish of Fulham
in the County of Middlesex for several Years at the
Yearly Rent of Ten pounds or upwards as she believes
and was rated to and paid all parish Taxes due for
the same hath quitted the said House about Eight
Years ago and hath not since gained any other
subsequent Settlement And further says she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child on the 19th. day of
February 1772 in Clements Lane which was soon afterwards baptized
by the Name of Ann< no role > , And was also delivered of a
Male Bastard Child on Twenty Seventh Augt last
past in Water Lane Fleet Street which was soon
afterwards baptized by the Name of Thomas< no role > and that
the Father of both the said Bastard Children died on
the Sixth day of August last past
