Westmr.

to wit John Langford< no role > Aged about Sixty four Years on
his Oath Says he Intermarried with Mary< no role > his Wife at
the Parish Church of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the
County of Middlesex about Thirty Eight Years ago And
by whem he hath three Children now living and all
provided for Says he served Seven Years Apprenticeship
with one John Fowles< no role > a Blacksmith at Froom in
the County of Somerset and after he was out of his said
Apprenticeship he Came to London and worked
Journey work for upwards of Eight Years And further
Says that he afterwards Rented Two several House
in Duke Street in the Parish of Saint Saviour
otherwise St. Mary Overees in the Borough of Southwark
in the County of Surry the one at the Yearly Rent of
Six pounds for about Seven Years & the other at the
Yearly Rent of 5th. for about Eight Years & was rated to
and Paid Land tax due for the Same hath quitted the
same upwards of fourteen Years ago & hath not since
he quitted the same ever Rented House Paid Taxes or
done any or Act whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
