Oath saith she never was married and is pregnant with
Child or Children which is likely to be born a bastard or
bastards and to become Chargeable to the Parish of
St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx (in which parish she now, Lodges)she being
Poor and unable to maintain the Same when born
and that Mr. Richard Fleming< no role > of Clements Inn
in the sd. Parish Gent did begot the sd. bastard Child
or Children on her body the said Richard Fleming< no role >
having had carnal knowledge of this Examinant at
his Chambers in Clements Inn aforesd. in the month
of May last and at several other times since at
one of which times he got her with Child of the said
bastard Child or Children with which she is now pregnant
and that the said Richd. Fleming< no role > & no other person
is the true and real father thereof
