she Intermarry'd with the sd. Anthy Cross< no role > at the
Parish Church of St. Clemt. Danes aforesd. about 15
or 16 Years ago and that her sd. late husband
(as she hath been informed and believes) lived
in and rented a house of the Yearly Rent of
Ten pounds in the Parish of St. Iles in the City
of Oxford and pd. Scot and Lot & Served the
Office of Constable there and that neither her
sd. late husband after he Quitted the sd. house
nor this Examinant since his Death
have ever rented ten pounds a Year pd. Parish
Taxes lived a Yearly Servt. for one Year or
otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other
Place to her Knowledge or belief
