Danes in the County of Middlesex which has been baptized

sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes she being poor and
unable to maintain the same and that Richard
Goodchild< no role > Son ofGoodchild of Stad green
near Maidenhead in the County of Berks Yeoman
is the reputed Father the sd. Richard Goodchild< no role > having
had carnal Knowledge of her Body in the month of
October last and at several other times afterwards
at one of which times he got her with Child of the
Said Male Bastard Child of which she was delivered
as aforesaid and that the sd. Richard Goodchild< no role > &
no man else is the true and real father thereof
