Jane Jackson< no role > upon her Voluntary Oath saith she
never was married & that she was delivered of a Male
Bastard Child on the 28th. Day of January 1744 /5
in the house of Mrs. Evans in Crown Court in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx
& Liberty of Westmr. which has been Baptized
Richard< no role > & became chargeable to the said Parish
of St. Clement Danes and that Richard Todd< no role >
a Haberdasher did beget the said Male Bastard
Child on her Body the said Richard Todd< no role > having
had carnal knowledge of this Examinant [..]
in the Month of April 1744 in the house of
Mr Howes never the new Church in the Strand
where they lived fellow Servants together and
at several other times afterwards at one of which
times he got her with Child of the Male Bastard
Child which she was delivered of as aforesaid &
that he the sd. Richard Todd< no role > and us man else is
the true and real father thereof
