Oath saith upwds. of 15 Years since she intermarried
with her present husband Wm. Gibbeter< no role > at the Fleet
London Says her sd. husband was born in Swallow
Street in the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of
Westmr. Says he never was an Apprentice or Yearly
Servant rented ten pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes
or Served any Parochial Office as she hath been
Informed & Beleives Says her sd. Husbands Father
John Gibbeter was born in Bear Street by Leicester
Feilds in the Parish of St. Martin in the Feilds in
the Liberty of Westmr. aforesaid Says the said John
Gibbeter
< no role > never was an Apprentice or Yearly
Servant rented Ten pounds a Year paid Parish
Taxes or Served any Parochial Office as this
Examinant hath also been Informed and Beleives
Says she was by Order of Removal under the hands &
Seals of St. Thos. Detail Knt. & Wm. Jones< no role > Esqr two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one of the Quorum) bearing Date the
30th. Day of August 1744 Removed from the Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes in the sd. County of Middx and
Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of saint
Martin in the Feilds against which Order there
hath been no Appeal
